Located in Flinders on the Mornington Peninsula, Whitehall Residence is one of a number of rural commissions undertaken by the office. Set on ten acres of rural land, the house was positioned at the end of a large landscaped terrain, so it is not unveiled until one is virtually upon it.
Sited on the edge of a steep slope, the house is positioned to capture the view towards to sea. A large stone wall was created across the slope creating two different l entertaining areas, the lower for a large pool that is overlooked from above.
