Merewether Residence, Newcastle

We are pleased with our first commission in Newcastle, the Merewether Residence. The building is a multi-level masonry structure, with its pool and outdoor spaces positioned on the upper floor, taking full advantage of the site’s significant coastal views.

The residence showcases an intentionally restrained palette, with interiors that feature a simple combination of rough-sawn veneer and honed stone, paired with the dusty white handmade brick of the facade. This project represents another addition to our portfolio of NSW residences, managed by our Byron Bay office.
